contact your tutor: if you have a tutor, contact your tutor and speak to them if you feel comfortable

consider a RAP (reasonable adjustment plan): contact your university about having a reasonable adjustment plan (RAP), some universities have certain guidelines about which students can have these plans

think about deadline extensions: if you need to, look into extending deadlines. some universities may let you extend a deadline by a few days without having to provide evidence

contact your mental health and wellbeing team: you can contact the mental health and wellbeing team at the university to discuss your situation (see our guide on approaching them here)

reach out to friends: reaching out to friends on your course could help, you could arrange revision and study sessions together

reach out to family: talking to your family may help to relieve some stress and help support you with your university work

little and often: if you are feeling that your university work is overwhelming, do a little bit and then take a little break. splitting it into chunks should make it less overwhelming

use the 20-20-20 method when working on a computer (look away every 20 minutes to an object that is 20 feet away for 20 seconds)
