GINA support circle is an online platform that was created with messages from individuals subjected to sexual violence & abuse to family, friends & loved ones who are supporting us. here you can find some advice & guidance on how to have conversations, provide support & look after yourselves in the process. there are three main sections on this website: talk, support and look after yourself. The sub-pages in each of these sections will help guide you through being there for us whilst showing compassion for yourself. it is our hope that you take what you can & only implement the advice that we give that resonates with you.

this platform was created as an extension of the GINA website. GINA is a UK social enterprise that offers private specialist support to individuals who have been subjected to abuse & sexual violence. In addition, it offers a range of bespoke products that supports healing from trauma as well as helpful resources on the subject. GINA support circle is specifically aimed at those who are supporting these individuals who are navigating trauma.
